EMPLOYEES module

The Employees module in the PasCom II system enables comprehensive management of personal data for both company employees and contractors. Centralizing all HR information in one place allows for easy supervision of employee qualifications – e.g. drivers, such as held licenses, driving licenses, or ADR certificates, as well as control of sensitive data. The records contain both personal data and information regarding organizational structure, cost allocation, and Cost Center (so-called MPK).


Registration and data management in the organization

The Employees module serves as a detailed registry of personal data necessary for efficient HR department operations and compliance with legal regulations. It can also function as a database of drivers and employees performing tasks related to transport and forwarding. In the employee record, you can register both basic contact details and extended identification information, such as:

  • bank account number
  • main and correspondence address
  • name and address of the relevant Tax Office
  • tax identification number (NIP)
  • ID card number and PESEL
The system also allows assigning various types of documents to the employee, such as work permits, driving licenses, certificates, insurance policies, contracts, or passes. Each document can be marked with an expiry date, and the system monitors deadlines and sends notifications about upcoming expiration of important documents.
With data privacy in mind, selected information can be hidden from specific system users using a visualization mechanism compliant with GDPR requirements. Therefore, personal data management is carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations.


Functional extension: managing holidays and absences

The Holidays and Absences Module integrates with the employee record, enabling comprehensive management of working time and absences. It is an integral part of the Fleet II project, while in the Transport II and Forwarding II systems it is available as an additional module. Supplementing employee records with this module allows for consistency of HR and cost data in one system, streamlining all company processes – without the need to invest in additional solutions.
