The Transport Orders module in the PasCom Transport II system enables management of four basic order profiles: own, assigned to an external carrier, ferry, and divided into sub-orders. Thanks to this solution, transport companies gain full control over order execution at every stage — from planning, through execution, to settlement.
The module enables the registration of detailed data for each transport order, such as: information about the cargo, route, means of transport, costs and revenues (both planned and actual), as well as other essential parameters related to the given order. This allows the system to fully monitor service execution, providing fast access to key information at different stages of transport. The system is also flexible, allowing the splitting of orders into sub-orders and strict control over each of them, which enables precise monitoring of the efficiency of individual transport elements.
The PasCom Transport II system provides quick access to all necessary documents related to order execution. Thanks to the functionality of registering shipping documents (e.g. CMR and other transport documents), users can fully monitor the status of order completion. Available document formats, such as transport orders, container bill of lading or order confirmations, are an integral part of the system, enabling complete digitization and automation of administrative processes. The system also supports managing complaints, discrepancies, and the entire control process, ensuring full compliance with procedures and timely service delivery.
The Transport Orders module is fully integrated with the other components of the PasCom Transport II system, which enables efficient data exchange with other areas of the company, such as fleet management, accounting, warehouse, or cost control. As a result, all transport processes are synchronized within one coherent environment, which translates into greater transparency, elimination of errors, and time savings.
PasCom offers advanced mechanisms for monitoring the performance of transport processes. Built-in reports and data analyses enable the identification of bottlenecks and areas requiring improvement. Thanks to such features, companies can continuously assess order completion time, fleet utilization efficiency, and incurred costs, as well as optimize vehicle routing. Moreover, route and schedule planning functions allow for the precise assignment of orders to available vehicles and drivers, which promotes better resource utilization.
Data security is ensured through advanced protection mechanisms in accordance with regulations regarding the protection of personal data, such as GDPR. All data collected in the system, including information on orders and transport documents, is protected against unauthorized access. In addition, each User is assigned appropriate permissions that allow limiting access only to the information necessary to perform their duties – which in turn provides control over access to sensitive information.
