SUBCONTRACTING module

The Subcontracting module enables the transfer of selected transport orders to external carriers through the following methods: creating a booking order, duplicating an existing main order, or changing the assigned execution resource (e.g. a vehicle or a driver). Each subcontract is always linked to the main order, which ensures process consistency. This solution allows efficient management of the transport fleet, especially in situations of temporary unavailability of vehicles or increased demand for transport. From the subcontracting tab, it is possible to generate external order confirmations and control the current execution status.
 

Handling of subcontract records and documentation

The system enables full handling of subcontracts – the user can view all active and completed subcontracts along with detailed information on contractors and the current execution statuses. The module generates the necessary documents confirming the transfer of an order to external subcontractors, and the data is presented in a clear layout, allowing quick filtering and analysis. Subcontracts are always linked to the main order and integrated with the remaining system modules. This approach ensures continuity of the transport process while simultaneously providing control over the quality and timeliness of services performed by subcontractors.

 

Flexible resource management

The module ensures fast assignment of orders for execution by a selected external subcontractor. The user can dynamically monitor and manage the form and resources of execution, adapting operations to current transport needs and fleet availability. Linking subcontracts with the main order enables simultaneous tracking of progress at both levels – the main and the subcontracted.

Configuration flexibility

If the user does not plan to use the subcontracting functionality, it is possible to hide the tab in the main order, thus adapting the interface to the individual needs of the organization.
