SPECIFICATIONS module

The Reports module is a fundamental component of each PasCom system: Fleet II, Transport II, and Forwarding II. Its purpose is to enable companies to efficiently acquire and analyze data collected within the system. Users have access to both predefined reports and tools that allow them to create their own summaries, supporting ongoing and long-term management decisions. This enables a unified approach to reporting across various departments of the company.

In addition to pivot table reports, the user can create graphical analyses. The system offers various types of charts—bar, pie, and line—available in both 2D and 3D versions. Completed visualizations can be viewed directly in the system, printed, or saved to files in the selected format. This form of data presentation supports internal analyses as well as the communication of external results, for example in reports for clients, partners, or during management presentations.

In the case of individual reporting needs, almost every record in the PasCom system is equipped with a “Reports” button, where the User can create their own reports and analyses based on data previously entered into a specific record. The list of data prepared in terms of column settings, grouping, filters, or summaries, along with the prepared pivot table, can be saved as a template for later use by the report author or all Users of the system.

Profitability of Transport Orders

To facilitate the preparation of aggregate data for dispatchers and analysts, system users can take advantage of ready-made, universal, as well as dedicated reports for road forwarding. These include, among others, revenues, costs and turnovers in transport, order balance, or summaries of transport activities. In addition, the client can verify the company’s share in specific transport directions (e.g. domestic or international), the profitability of cooperation with contractors, or the profitability of undertaken orders.

Profitability of Maritime Forwarding

The reports allow for monitoring the execution and efficiency of maritime orders, analyzing the costs and revenues of forwarding services, tracking containers, and assessing cooperation with contractors and carriers. This way, each client can use analytical tools tailored to their specific operational and management needs.

Environmental Analyses and Settlement of Ecological Fees

In the fleet and transport area, many companies are required to keep detailed records of exhaust emissions. The system generates:

  • reports on fees for using the natural environment
  • summaries of emission costs for vehicles
  • documentation compliant with environmental regulations

Monitoring of Inspections, Policies, and Insurance Events

Vehicles and means of transport require constant technical and formal supervision. The Reports module enables ongoing control of:

  • expiring technical inspections and OC/AC policies
  • scheduled technical inspections
  • statistics on damages and insurance history

This data is important both for fleet managers and for operators handling transport and forwarding orders.

Multidimensional Cost Analysis – Fleet, Orders, Contractors

The reports cover all key financial aspects related to vehicle operation and order execution, including:

  • breakdown of costs by category (e.g. fuel, parts, labor)
  • operating costs by brands, org. units, cost centers
  • turnover with invoice issuers (e.g. fuel stations, service centers)
  • costs by transport and forwarding contracts

Fuel Consumption and Operation Settlements

One of the most frequently used areas of the module is fuel consumption monitoring. The system enables:

  • analysis of actual and normative fuel consumption
  • detection of excessive consumption and savings
  • settlement of average fuel costs, cost per kilometer, and mileage
  • comparisons from various sources: refueling, fuel cards, GPS
  • reporting of operating costs by driver, vehicle type

HR Reports Related to Vehicle Use

The module enables comprehensive settlement of employees for the use of assigned vehicles, which is important both in fleet, transport, and forwarding companies, where cars are assigned to specific orders or routes. The reports include, among others:

  • employee mileage and comparison with set limits
  • fuel consumption, excessive consumption settlements
  • analysis of purchase costs – cash and non-cash

Reports Supporting Strategic Management

The module offers additional reports that support decision-making at the management level:

  • vehicles designated for sale
  • schedules of employee/vehicle/equipment documents
  • reports on tires and replacement seasonality
