RENTAL (HIRE) module

The PasCom Fleet II Rental Module enables the management of vehicles intended for hire, both for employees and external clients. It covers reservation registration, vehicle pick‑up and return, invoice issuance, contract supervision, and price list definitions. Thanks to integration with the nWEB II application, it is possible to book vehicles via a graphical schedule as well as to benefit from automated e‑mail notifications.

Vehicle rental in internal and external models

The module supports comprehensive management of the vehicle rental process – both for internally used pool cars and those available to external clients. Users can record reservations, control fleet availability, register pick‑ups and returns, as well as manage documentation and financial settlements related to rentals.

Availability schedule and integration with nWEB II

Thanks to integration with the nWEB II web application, employees gain access to a graphical schedule showing fleet occupancy over time. The schedule allows quick booking of available vehicles and an overview of planned rentals. In addition, the system supports information flow through automatic e‑mail notifications sent to designated users whenever a reservation status changes.

Contract, price list, and invoice management

The module enables keeping rental contracts together with assigned financial conditions. Users can manage price lists adapted to the type of vehicle, rental duration, and client profile. The built‑in invoicing mechanism allows immediate invoice issuance after a completed rental period. All operations are recorded and available for further analysis within the Flota II system.
