The Debt Collection module enables registration and effective management of collection activities related to overdue receivables. It supports actions carried out for individual invoices or their groups, performed via letters, e‑mails, or phone calls. The system automatically links all actions with the corresponding customer invoices and displays the current balance of their liabilities, allowing quick monitoring of the financial situation. The user has access to ready‑made document templates and the history of all completed debt collection activities.
Registration and classification of collection actions
The module is an integral extension of the
PasCom Fleet II,
Transport II and
Forwarding II systems and is used for recording, monitoring and controlling the processes of overdue receivable recovery. The user can assign collection actions to individual invoices or groups of documents related to a given customer. The system allows precise specification of the form of contact (letter, e‑mail, conversation) as well as registration of the date and detailed content of each activity. Thanks to automatic linking of collection activities with overdue invoices, it is possible to comprehensively track collection history in one place.
Links to records and process automation
The module allows the use of predefined collection letter templates available in related records. Thanks to this, it is possible to quickly generate documents based on proven patterns, which facilitates the standardization and professionalization of communication with customers. For each action, the system presents the current balance of the customer’s liabilities on the day of registration, which supports analysis of the effectiveness of conducted collection activities. All data is available in a structure that allows filtering, grouping, and export for analytical reports.
Notes on reporting
The module does not generate separate collection reports, but the data it provides can be analyzed together with other functionalities of the
PasCom system, enabling comprehensive interpretation and supporting decision‑making.
