PERIODIC SETTLEMENTS module

Many companies use a vehicle user periodic settlement document. This document can cover any period of time – most often, these are monthly periods. The Periodic Settlements File is used to register and manage this type of document. It implements functions for full settlement of fuel and the number of kilometers traveled by the employee, including kilometers traveled privately. In combination with the limits file, the module allows for precise, cyclical settlement of vehicle Users.
