The recruitment process at PasCom Ltd. is conducted on the basis of the applications sent by candidates. We value employees, that will identify with the mission and strategic objectives of our company.

The recruitment process consists of three stages:

1. Application analysis

Applications sent by candidates are analysed and selected in terms of compatibility with position requirements listed in a recruitment announcement. Aside from the CV, it is necessary to send a filled PasCom questionnaire together with an agreement to process the personal data: “I hereby agree to process my personal data included in my job application due to recruitment process (according to act from day 29.08.1997 gazette from 2002, No. 101, position 923 with changes)”

2. The interview

Interviews with candidates take place in Gdynia (headquarters) or in Poznan. During the meeting, we verify the information provided before in application documents, especially the ones regarding education, experience in the field, skills. Three selected persons reach this stage

3. Decisive conversation

The meeting between the candidate and direct supervisor, during which detailed employment conditions and responsibilities are discussed. After this meeting we make a decision whether to employ a given candidate.
