A module allowing to schedule a repair and register the whole repair process from the service request, through order generation to repair cost authorization. It makes it possible to report a repair to both own car repair shops and external services. Grants full control and provides a tool to schedule technical inspections and repairs. Automatic cost document generation based on approved orders and authorized cost estimates enables significant acceleration of cost registration process.
Another functionality included in the module was designed for edition and management of documents for contractors (and their employees) together with an option of sending the documents via e-mail straight from the application.
The module also contains an exchange component file, which allows to plan and control mileages and usage time of significant operating elements and subgroups/sub-assemblies (e.g. brake pads and discs, timing belts etc.).
