To use the filter, you need to select the ‘Search’ button in upper left corner. There will appear a screen window for search criteria definition. After selecting the field according to which the search will be executed (column title), content and condition (the set narrowed only to these records, which are located in a selected column), you have to confirm the choice using the ‘Search’ button. We can achieve the same effect by pressing the column title – it will be instantly prompted in the ‘field’ section .
If you want to apply more than one filter, add the first one to condition list using the ‘Add’ button and resume the whole operation until you obtain the desired effect in the form of filtered list.
