TRANSPORT ORDERS module

This module is a key component of the PasCom Transport II system, enabling the management of four main types of orders: own orders, orders assigned to an external carrier, ferry orders, and orders divided into sub-orders.

Orders can be generated based on predefined templates, duplicated multiple times, imported into the system, or created using predefined rates. It is also possible to expand functionality with additional modules: Air Freight Forwarding and Rail Freight Forwarding. As part of the additional module: Container Transport, you can register data related to logistics responsibility, seals, and container pickup numbers.

Within an order, you can:

register detailed data, such as cargo, precise route, means of transport, costs and revenues (planned/actual), transport conditions, and other key parameters for both own and outsourced freight forwarding,
quickly access information related to cargo, travel documentation, route details, claims, discrepancies, CMR documents, parking cards, and other relevant documents, as well as the SMS database and order and departure schedules.

The system also includes the following forms: transport orders, transport conditions, container waybill, and order confirmations.
