EMPLOYEES module

The main goal of the module is comprehensive management of employee personal data, both from in-house employees and contractors. The records store information about personal data as well as affiliation with the appropriate organizational structure, cost allocation, and Cost Center (so-called MPK).

Using our module, you will be able to register:
  • Basic contact information and additional employee identification data, such as bank account number, Tax Office name, or correspondence address and tax identification number (NIP)
  • Additional documents related to the employee, such as permits, driving licenses, passes, policies, etc.
  • Expiration dates of employee documents, enabling the system to generate reminders for upcoming expiry dates

Additionally, selected employee data can be hidden from specified users using the visualization mechanism (GDPR).

There is also an option to extend the record with an additional module: Vacations and Absences.
