OFFERING module

Offer file enables comprehensive preparation of offers for any contractor. Within the offer, the system allows to register the following data:

• the contractor, for which the offer applies,
• detailed content of the offer,
• details of the project or auction,
• contact person on contractor’s side,
• registration number of the offer,
• date and reference number of the offer request,
• offer preparation and sending dates,
• offer status,
• etc.

Additionally, the module enables direct access to the following data straight from the file level: tasks and actions related to offer file, writings file and rates regarding the offer proposed to the contractor.

Also, the system allows to print the offer together with rates or send a ready document directly from the system using email to the address selected by user.
