This module is used to manage income documents registered in the system such as:

  • VAT invoices,
  • commercial invoices,
  • external notes,
  • internal notes,
  • receipts,
  • bills.

It is possible to issue corrections, duplicates and installment invoices.

The invoicing module allows for direct connections to vindication module and the includes the possibility to send income document to integrated ERP systems.
The system enables individual parametrization of numbering method for income documents in accordance with requirements of the user.

Printout standards are available in Polish, English and German language. Issuing income documents is performed using expanded/complex automats generating collective or single invoices based on orders.
