DEPARTURES module

The departure file enables the linking of many realized orders – loads and many road cards within one trip (rings, T-shirts).

As part of this file, it is possible to plan travel costs and settle actual expenses.
An automatic calculation of the effectiveness of the trip is available by comparing the revenues from orders carried out during the trip with the costs incurred.

This file has additional functionalities that enable:

• planning the route and timetable along with its presentation on the map,
• road card service,
• handling orders,
• settlement of the driver’s advance,
• binding service orders,
• registration of costs,
• creating travel schedules – the so-called Forwarding boards.
