The complaint file is intended to supervise complaints submitted by customers or by your own company.
The architecture of this file allows it to be associated with the appropriate source file, e.g. with:

  • by vehicle,
  • vehicle equipment,
  • employee equipment,
  • with a mobile phone,
  • forwarding and transport order,
  • service order.

The non-compliance file enables companies which, for example, have implemented a quality management system, to register any non-compliance related to the services provided.
Entries in this file can be generated automatically from the order level, based on e.g. set boundary parameters related to the loss of cargo weight or the timeliness of the order.
