The software enables registration and full settlements of road cards and vehicle work cards with particular emphasis on refuelings, fuel consumption control and work time. Road cards in combination with flexible service price lists can be also used to generate income invoices or internal settlements for performed transport or transport/equipment services.
The functionalities listed above are particularly useful in companies owning transportation for individual needs (e.g. contruction and engineering companies, energetics, waterworks etc.), where it is necessary to periodically settle the works performed for particular constructions, departments, orders or commissions. In this card it is possible to note, among other things, vehicle courses, order numbers, loadings and unloadings, routes, working hours, kilometers, stoppages etc.
