Periodic Settlement File is used to register and administer that type of documents. In the file there were implemented functionalities allowing to calculate /settle the fuel and mileage per employee, including the kilometers driven for personal purposes. In combination with limits file the module enables precise, cyclical settlement of vehicle users.
