SERVICING AND REPAIR AUTHORIZATION module

It allows you to plan repairs, including the registration of the entire process – from service notification, through order generation, to cost authorization. It allows you to report repairs to both your own workshops and external services. It allows you to fully control and plan inspections, repairs and technical tests. Automatic generation of a cost document based on accepted orders and authorized cost estimates speeds up cost registration.

Additionally, the functionality of editing and managing letters to contractors (and their employees) has been enriched with the option of sending letters by e-mail directly from the application.

The module also contains a record of replacement elements, which allows you to plan and control the mileage and time of use of important consumables and components (e.g. brake pads, discs, timing belts, etc.).
