CONTRACTOR DOCUMENTS Module

The module enables the registration of various types of contracts, such as commercial, leasing, service, transport, rental, service contracts, etc., and other documents related to the contractor. It covers the process of creating, storing and managing documents.

The main functionalities of the module include:
• Linking documents to contractors: Allows you to assign documents to specific contractors, which makes it easier to track the history of contracts and documentation
• Filtering documents: The module provides the ability to organize documents in a logical manner, for example by contractors, type of contracts, registration date, status (activity)
• Storing documents: Allows you to attach a file to the registered document, e.g. a scan of a signed document
• In the case of contracts, additionally: linking the module with system reminders about the approaching contract end date
• In the case of other documents, additionally: checking the correctness of the document number or linking the document to costs and the ability to record costs directly from the document level
