EMPLOYEES module

The main goal of the module is comprehensive management of employee personal data, both for in-house staff and contractors. The files store information related to personal data and affiliation with the appropriate organizational structure, cost allocation and Cost Center.

• Basic contact details and additional employee identification data, such as bank account number, Tax Office name, etc.
• Additional documents related to the employee, such as permits, driving licenses, passes, policies, etc.
• Expiration dates of employee documents, which allow the system to generate reminders about upcoming document expiration dates

Additionally, selected employee data can be hidden from designated users using the visualization mechanism (GDPR).
