Dedicated migration tools enable smooth import of, among others:

• Contractors and employees
• Cost centers
• Environmental fees
• Vehicles, including cost and organizational assignments
• User structures
• Trip and fuel logs
• Travel records
• Expense documents and costs, etc.

The database can be populated using Excel sheets, text files, or direct connections to an external SQL database – a feature particularly appreciated by IT department staff.
