Customers Module - CRM

The module is a comprehensive tool for managing relationships with contractors. It provides quick access to contact details and agreed financial settlement principles. Additionally, it allows for precise description and filtering of contractors using features defined by system users.

Subdirectories are linked to the file, where employees of a given contractor and its branches can be registered. Immediate access to turnover balances with the contractor and the list of cost and revenue documents allows for immediate analysis of key financial information.

The module’s functionality also includes editing and managing correspondence with contractors, with the option of sending letters. The user also has quick access to filtered data collected in other areas of the system, such as contracts, tasks/contacts with the contractor or invoices issued by a given customer.
