KSeF module
The KSeF module is an additional system functionality through which PasCom II supports document exchange with the National e-Invoice System.
E-invoices in the PasCom system are issued according to the KSeF template, consistent with the logical structure published in the Central Repository of Electronic Document Templates (CRWDE). During the integration, documents are automatically sent to KSeF. Using the Ministry of Finance database, the taxpayer is assured that the invoice has reached the contractor. Once the invoice is accepted in KSeF, the module downloads additional information from the taxpayer’s application – status, KSeF identification number and Official Certificate of Receipt (UPO) in XML format.
