This module allows to administer contacts with suppliers. It also grants access to contact data and agreed rules regarding financial settlements. Moreover, it provides the possibility to precisely describe and filter contractors by attributes defined flexibly by the system user.
This file is linked to additional subcatalogs enabling the registration process of given contractor’s employees and departments. Immediate access to the balance of sales with contractor and lists of cost and income documents allows for instant analysis of key information associated with the contractor.
Additionally, there was implemented a functionality allowing to edit and manage writings to contactors with an option to send writings straight from from the application via email. Besides, it is possible to gain instant access from the file level to filtered data regarding contracts, tasks/contacts with contractors or invoices issued by a given issuer gathered in other files.
