Oprócz zaawansowanych ww. funkcjonalnościach z urządzeniami wielu firm m.in. TRONIK, FINDER, DEST wdrożona została "pod klucz" integracja urządzeń firmy TRANSICS, obejmująca ponad 200 pojazdów.

Już kilka tysięcy pojazdów z GPS integruje się z naszym oprogramowaniem we flotach od kilku do ponad 500 pojazdów. Coraz więcej użytkowników naszych systemów docenia korzyści jakie daje  oferowane przez nas narzędzie analityczne łączące strumienie danych pochodzące z różnych źródeł. Zakres korzyści z integracji zależy tylko od możliwości zainstalowanego urządzenia GPS.

Z przyjemnością informujemy, iż dnia 19.12.2011 PasCom Sp. z o.o. obchodziła już dziesiątą rocznicę powstania.

Jesteśmy firmą kontynuującą działalność organizacji powstałej już w roku 1987 pod zastrzeżoną nazwą PasCom. Od samego początku naszego istnienia specjalizujemy się w tworzeniu oprogramowania. Thank you for meeting the Fleet Market - Third National Industry Fair fleet, which took place on 29 November 2011, in Warsaw EXPO XXI Centre, ul. Prądzyńskiego 12/14.

The aim of our participation was to enable you to know the latest, we offer solutions for managing vehicle fleets, particularly solutions for GPS integration, ERP, CRM and recovery and circulation of documents.

• complete and current accounting of drivers associated with the use of the vehicle, fuel consumption, costs, taking into account the lump sums, limits, holidays and other absences
• verification of events, eg. comparison of refueling and other documents (fleet cards, invoices) to the provisions of the GPS
• reliable and always up to date data on important reminders (such as the current state of the counter for periodic review)
• analysis techniques for driving: speeding, engine speed
• possibility of quick verification of drivers accounts via the Internet (eg, private rides) and automatic distribution accounts prepared for signature
• many other benefits of the merger by PasCom data from multiple sources.

We are pleased to announce about implementation of system PasCom FLEET II in Kompania Piwowarska S.A., the largest beer producer in Poland. Thanks to flexibility and openness of our system met the high quality requirements and safety procedures that apply to this company. The program was also integrated with other IT systems operating in KP S.A. thus improving fleet management processes and workflow.

Due to the strict procedures and quality requirements, implementing the system in KP SA was for us a challenge.

Once again, it turned out that we have made prior investments in technology allow for openness and plasticity of the system delivering the expected results and was the right step in its development.

The new Recovery Module has been enhanced with new functionality and automatic links to other suspension file. Now one of the most commonly implemented additional modules by users of PasCom II.

Our years of experience with clients and users of the system PasCom II resulted in new, advanced CRM module (Customer Relationship Management). It is an innovative tool to work with clients, safely and directly integrated with the system PasCom Fleet / Transport II.

Our project will be able to control the planned activities, meetings and offers to customers. For demanding users we can offer additional, advanced functionality.

CRM can be complemented by new features such as Document Workflow module automatic generation of correspondence based on the book bar codes (bar code) documents generated by our other modules.

Integration module with Trimble equipment (formerly Punch Telematix) provides inter alia:

• sending routing orders and other data directly to vehicles,
• follow up on the implementation of individual orders,
• free communication with the driver,
• retrieval of scanned documents CMR,
• retrieve information about refuellings and other expenditure drivers,
• automatic creation of the road cards and much more.

Competencies gained during 23 years of production and implementation of software quality convince more and more companies and corporations.

We are pleased to announce that we decided to upgrade our program MANAGER (version 12.xx), which serves you continuously since 1992.
